PM Pham Minh Chinh attends ASEAN-Japan 50th anniversary commemorative summit

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh left Hanoi on the morning of December 15 to attend the Commemorative Summit for the 50th Year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation and have bilateral activities in Japan from December 15-18, at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio.

He is accompanied by Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung, Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh, Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Thai Binh and Hai Duong, and Deputy Ministers of National Defence, Public Security, Foreign Affairs, Industry and Trade, and Finance.

The delegation also includes Ambassador Nguyen Hai Bang, permanent representative of Vietnam to ASEAN and Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu.
