BAC NINH – The Yen Tu – Vinh Nghiem – Con Son, Kiep Bac historical and scenic complex has been officially recognised by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site. This is Vietnam’s ninth World Heritage site and the country’s second inter-provincial heritage to be recognised. Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, Bo Da Pagoda, and the Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourism area in Bac Ninh province are key destinations within the complex.

BAC NINH- The 2 folk art performances of Bac Ninh province including soong co of San Diu ethnic people and cheo singing have been recognised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as national intangible cultural heritages. This is a big pride for Bac Ninh people, which affirms values of the special folk arts in the northern province of Bac Ninh.
BAC NINH - The Yen Tu – Vinh Nghiem – Con Son, Kiep Bac relic and scenic complex has officially been inscribed on UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage List, marking Vietnam’s ninth world heritage site. Two of the 12 component sites recognised within the heritage complex are located in Bac Ninh province: Vinh Nghiem Pagoda and Bo Da Pagoda.
This is the 9th world heritage of Vietnam and the second inter-provincial world heritage, after Ha Long Bay - Cat Ba Archipelago in Quang Ninh province and Hai Phong city.
BAC NINH - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a decision to announce the list of national intangible cultural heritages including Soong co folk singing of San Diu ethnic people, Bac Ninh cheo singing and Tho Ha rice paper making craft.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has officially included the Thak Con Festival—also known as the Coconut Offering Festival of the Khmer ethnic community in An Hiep Commune, Chau Thanh District, Soc Trang Province—on Viet Nam’s list of national intangible cultural heritage.
