Provincial Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong pays pre-Christmas visits to Bac Giang and Ngo Xa parishes

(BGO) - On Christmas occasion 2019, Le Anh Duong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province visited and offered Christmas greetings to Ngo Xa parish in Chau Minh commune, Hiep Hoa district and Bac Giang parish on 18 December. 

At his visits, Le Anh Duong informed the priests, executive committee and Catholics about some outstanding results on socio-economic development, national defence, security and other affairs of the province in 2019.

He stressed, the good results Bac Giang has gained thanks to great efforts of the local party committees, governments and people including significant contributions of the Catholics.

The provincial Vice Chairman wished the Catholics a merry Christmas. Besides, he expected the priests with their prestige and experience to propagandize and mobilize Catholic followers to well fulfil the policies and laws of the Party and State.

On this occasion, the provincial Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong presented 50 million VND (2,200 USD) for Bac Giang diocese to celebrate Christmas for Catholics in the province.
