At the meeting, Chulsung Lee, Vice president of STS Development Joint Stock Company (JSC) briefed the participants on the establishment and development of the company. Accordingly, STS Development JSC is a RoK’s leading company in real estate. Since its establishment, the company has carried out more than 60 projects building urban areas, apartments, supermarkets and shopping centers in RoK, Hong Kong, Thailand and China.

Chulsung Lee said, after studying the investment policies and industrial development orientation of Bac Giang province, the company expected to survey about 400 hectares of land at Tien Son and Trung Son communes, Viet Yen district and Dong Lo commune, Hiep Hoa district to implement the investment project on infrastructure of Hoa Yen industrial-urban and service complex area.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Linh thanked Chulsung Lee and other delegates for their visit and intention to invest in Bac Giang province. According to the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Bac Giang is submitting the Prime Minister for planning Hoa Yen into the provincial industrial zone.

Besides, the province is seeking foreign investors to invest in the project. The chairman agreed with the requests of the company and promised to facilitate the company in conducting the surveys. In addition, he hoped to cooperate with the company in the coming time.
