Spring Book Festival 2019 to feature 300,000 books

The Spring Book Festival 2019, featuring 300,000 books, will take place from February 15 to 17 at Ngo Mot space, No.176 Thai Ha Street, Hanoi.

The event will feature books from different genres, including literary works, history books, manga, science textbooks and cookbooks, which are the latest releases of Alpha Books, Nha Nam, ETS and The Youth Publishing Houses.

The highlight of the programme will be the activity of offering books to readers at the beginning of the year. Accordingly, every day, the organizers will present 50 books to 50 readers, who will be people come to attend the book fair early.

The festival will offer thousands of books with attractive prices and discounts from 30 to 60 percent for readers. Additionally, book lovers will be able to buy books at reduced prices of VND5,000 to VND20,000 per book at one-price book booths.

The event aims to honor the cultural values and tradition of reading with the goal of showcasing meaningful and interesting material for book lovers and providing opportunities for publishers to introduce new books directly to readers.
