The urban area is located in the communes of Viet Lap, Que Nham and Lien Chung. It borders the provincial road No.398B to the North, Que Nham commune to the West and South, Lien Chung commune to the East.

155.8 hectares belong to Viet Lap commune, mostly in the villages of Nguyen and Dong Sen.

The project targets to build riverside eco apartments with high quality, synchronous planning and harmonious integration between general architecture space, friendly, modern and ecological criteria.

It is expected to be a highlight in housing and service development that will help create job, social infrastructure for local people and other investors.

According to Tan Yen Division of Economy and Infrastructure, the Division has cooperated with the People’s Committee in Viet Lap commune and Hanoi based Van Phu Investment Joint Stock Company to gather public opinion about the detail planning of this urban area (ratio 1/500) which received high consensus from the locals.
