However, according to the Steering committee for the projects of building Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourism complex, the continuous rains have caused the bad impact on the project progress. 

Besides, Tay Yen Tu Services Joint Stock Company needs more time to complete some items of the cable car system, the services and improve the surrounding landscape. Thus, the cable car system and Thuong pagoda will be rescheduled until this year-end. 

The constructions of the stream-side restaurant and entrance gate to the central square were fully done. 95 percent of the arrival and departure stations have been constructed while the rough construction of the sightseeing bridge was almost completed. 

Meanwhile, the three-arched entrance gate and interior of Thuong pagoda, infrastructure and the surrounding landscape will be further completed.
