On April 9, 2022 when Tuan’s father named Pham Van Hai (born in 1972) was on the way from Chu township to Thanh Hai commune, he got an accident in the area of Minh Lap residential group, Chu township.

Lieutenant Nguyen Bich Thinh return the assets to Pham Van Hai’s family.

Lieutenant Nguyen Bich Thinh, an officer of the traffic police team (under the Public Security of Luc Ngan district) helped to call ambulance car and his relative to bring Pham Van Hai to the hospital.

Hai dropped 70 million VND (3,000 USD), 1 watch, 1 mobile phone and 1 golden ring at the accident. Thinh picked up and returned all of the assets to his family.

Now, Hai has recovered and he was discharged from hospital. Hai’s family extended deep thanks to Nguyen Bich Thinh and the public security force of Luc Ngan district.
