The relics are unearthed in Bia hill.

Acknowledging the information, the Vietnam Institute of Archaeology (VIA) has coordinated with the Bac Giang provincial Museum to primarily survey and research the relic site. The result specified that they belong to the architectural trace under Tran dynasty (century 13 - 14) with huge scale, cultural and historical values as well as delicate construction technique and sophisticated decoration.

According to Dr.Trinh Hoang Hiep in VIA, during the cultivation, the farmers have unintentionally destructed a part of the ancient architecture, hence the local authority should immediately inform to them about the value to call for the community responsibility to protect the ancient relics during the farming process.

Besides, an emergent archaeological excavation should be conducted to collect the old relics and kinds for their preservation, restoration and evaluation, avoiding the relic’s destruction and illegal excavation.
