Vietnam retain 94th place in FIFA rankings for July 2020

Updated: 13:33, 18/07/2020
Vietnam continue to stand in 94th position with 1,258 points in the latest FIFA men’s world rankings, as announced on July 16.

The result came as little surprise as international football activities at the national team level have been frozen for the last few months due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, causing no shuffle regarding teams’ FIFA rankings.

Depending on the evolution of the pandemic, FIFA plans to restart international football events this October. Therefore, from now until the national team level tournaments are resumed, the FIFA world rankings will hardly see any adjustment.
