There are 1,412 new enterprises and others are representative offices with total registered capital of nearly 25.7 trillion VND (over one billion USD), up 18 percent.

The average registered capital per new company hits 18 billion VND, representing 6 percent increase. Most of the newly established companies operate in the fields of industry, construction and service.

The above result was gained thanks to strong communication of the Department of Planning and Investment to popularize online business registration on mass media; active instruction to enterprises and execution of “5 on the spot” model in handling administrative procedures to facilitate the companies.

The newly registered and operated firms help enhance the industrial production value in 2022 up to nearly 408 trillion VND, exceeding 11.3 percent against the set target in Bac Giang.
