Right after the area was handed over, the investor completed all infrastructure system to ensure sub-investors to implement the project; operate clean water plant with capacity of 4,000 cubic meter per day and night; complete and operate the first and second stages of waste water treatment plant with capacity ofo 4,000/6,000 cubic meters per day and night

Hoa Phu industrial park has attracted 22 sub-investors.

Besides, due attention has been paid to promoting and drawing investment to this IP. To date, 22 businesses have invested to Hoa Phu IP, including 15 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects and seven domestic direct investment (DDI) ones with totoal area pf 105 out of 140 ha of industrial land and investment of over 400 million USD.

18 out of 22 investors were granted with investment certificate, 12 out of 22 businesses have entered production stages with about 1,500 labours.

Currently, Hoa Phu IP investor has continued cooperating with local authority, relevant department and sectors to clear the remaining plane while boosting up the investment promotion task. The sub-investors are urged to quickly fill up the infrastructure and accelerate the production development.

The investor of Hoa Phu IP is now completing the profile to submit to the Prime Minister to approve for the Decision of investment policy to expand Hoa Phu IP project up to 85ha.

(BGO) – According to proposal from Hiep Hoa district People’s Committee, the provincial People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has approved to add 85 ha to Hoa Phu Industrial Park Project in the 2021 Land use plan of Hiep Hoa district, including 64.8 ha of rice growing land and 20.2 ha of other.
