The first stage started from 2016 – 2018 to clear 100 ha, second stage from 2019 – 2020 to clear 50 ha and third stage from 2021- 2023 to clear 57.45 ha. As of August this year, the People’s Committee in Hiep Hoa district cooperated with investors to compensate and clear 192 ha out of 207.45 ha, accounting for nearly 93 percent of total area and exceeding the set target.

As schedule, Hiep Hoa district will strive to complete the site work at 15 ha more from now on till this year end.

The above result was gained thanks to the high determination of the local authority to communicate and persuade people to create consensus and hand over clean plane to the construction contractor as well as close collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to actively remove obstacle in land during implementation.

At this moment, there are 20 businesses in Hoa Phu industrial park granted investment license, many of which have built factories and stably operated.
