They are Ho Huu Hai (born in 1990), Director of Toan Cau Group Investment Joint Stock Company (Luc Nam); Luu Thi Phuong (born in 1994), Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Ngo Si Lien High School (Bac Giang City) and Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1998), Wushu artist of Sport Training and Competition Center Bac Giang province.

They are typical examples with many initiatives and outstanding achievements in working recognized by the Youth Union, Association Team levels. They are awarded the title of advanced youth following Uncle Ho’s words at the provincial level during 2020 – 2023 the period.

The National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Words was first organized by the Central Youth Union in 2009. So far, through 6 congresses, 2,182 delegates have been awarded the title of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Word nationwide.
