4 outstanding labourers from Bac Giang presented Nguyen Duc Canh award
Nguyen Duc Canh award is a noble prize given by the VGCL to workers and labourers with outstanding achievements in the “good and creative labour” emulative movement.

This award is presented every 5 years when Vietnam Trade Union Congress takes place to encourage labourers to work hard, stimulate creativity and boost the “good and creative labour” emulative movement. This year, 167 outstanding labourers nationwide were presented Nguyen Duc Canh award including 4 individuals from Bac Giang province.
Particularly, Tong Van Tuyen (born in 1981), head of the mechanic team, Ha Phong Garment Joint Stock Company has gained a number of outstanding achievements in production, who were awarded certificate of merit by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and the provincial Confederation of Labour. Tuyen has contributed 4 initiatives bringing a benefit of 3.5 billion VND (148,000 USD).
Luong Xuan Huy (born in 1982), a technological engineer of G.O.C Food Processing Joint Stock Company, has proactively studied to enhance his qualification and labour productivity. In recent 5 years, Huy has raised 3 initiatives gaining nearly 3 billion VND (126,770 USD) of profit for the company.
Nguyen Van Thiet (born in 1990), head of the mechanical engineering division, Thong Nhat Service and Trade Joint Stock Company, has contributed many technical solutions and improvements with 5 initiatives bringing a profit of nearly 2 billion VND (84,514 USD).
Dong Van Vinh (born in 1991), head of the completion team No 6, Bac Giang LGG Garment Corportation, has contributed 2 initiatives helping to reduce the product completion time and enhance labour productivity.
