The move is to realise the Prime Minister’s Decision 49 on mechanisms and policies exclusively designed for those people who served in the logistics civilian labour force during the resistance wars against French and American troops to protect the homeland as well as those who undertook international missions.
Therefore, the province has to date provided allowances for nearly 11,000 cases, with a total amount of nearly 23 billion VND. Military Zone 1 received 16,000 files and is considering to pay in the coming time. The city and districts plan to organise the fourth-stage payment in July.
