Bac Giang determines to complete two shots of Covid-19 vaccine for children aged 5 to under 12 and third shot for children aged 12 to under 18 before August 31, 2022.

The districts and city must rapidly review the number of children aged 12 under 18 who live in the area including students at the schools outside the districts and city. The report should be sent to the DoH before 4pm on August 30 to sum up and report to the provincial People’s Committee.

As of August 28, Bac Giang province had administered 5.5 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine to 98 percent of children aged 5 to under 12 (first shot), 85.5 percent of children at this age (second shot), 89.4 percent of children aged 12 to under 18 (third shot) and 96.7 percent of prioritized adult population (fourth shot).
