Meanwhile, Doan Huy Canh, Director of Bac Giang branch of An Huy Property Joint Stock Company shared that the urban projects have dealt with numerous challenges on land clearance in spite of the active involvement from the People’s Committees in the districts. He suggested that the PPC should have a specific mechanism to remove the difficulties in the policy that supports the land of rice cultivation so as to facilitate the district People’s Committees and enterprises to boost up the execution schedule of urban development projects.

Also regarding the property, Nguyen Van Tuyen, Chef Executive Officier of 379 Investment Joint Stock Company said as the regulation, the property business only needs to have 20 percent of the equity before investing in the project, the remaining capital is sourced from loan and mobilization. However, it is not easy to access the loans of the commercial banks that mostly leads to the bending of capital mobilization law when the project is not fully qualified with the regulation.

Tuyen proposed the levels and sectors to issue the policy to solve the difficulties, develop the credit package of the preferential loan to the enterprises who invest in the property. Besides, some businesses were afraid of many kinds of administrative sublicenses, overlapping inspections among others, making unexpected pressure on the business.

Addressing at the meeting, PPC Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai highly evaluated the enterprises’ business and production result in 2018. He considered that the local enterprises have low start point because the majority of them are small and medium-size businesses with weak competitiveness.

To recover this situation, he urged the enterprises to continue to renew the thinking, reorganize the plan of production, business and development strategy toward competitiveness improvement. The PPC instructed the departments and sectors to speed up legal facilitation, administrative reform so as to reduce the annoyance to the business.

Apart from ensuring the jobs and living to the laborers, the Vice Chairman also suggested the firms actively responding to the campaign of “Tet for the Poor” launched by the province to secure the social welfare on the upcoming Lunar New Year of the nation. The PBA acknowledged the specific problems to send to authorized agencies for handling soon.
