Bac Giang: Administrative procedures processed via post office

(BGO)) – The Department of Internal Affairs and the Post Office of Bac Giang province jointly hosted a conference on February 21 to launch a programme on receiving and returning administrative documents using post services.

Accordingly, 344 local administrative procedures will be delivered by local post offices to relevant agencies for processing. Then the post offices will return the results to citizens at given addresses. Post offices’ staff are authorised to collect administrative service fees.
The programme aims to save time for organisations and individuals in dealing with administrative procedures.
