Bac Giang allowed to add 3 new industrial parks to planning
Specifically, the Prime Minister agreed to add the 377ha Yen Lu Industrial Park in Yen Lu and Nham Son communes, Yen Dung district; the 300ha Yen Son - Bac Lung Industrial Park in Yen Son and Bac Lung communes, Luc Nam district; and the 105.3 ha Tan Hung Industrial Park in Tan Hung and Xuong Lam communes, Lang Giang district.

The province is also permitted to expand some industrial parks such as the Quang Chau IP with an additional area of 90ha in Nenh township and Quang Chau and Van Trung communes, Viet Yen district; the Hoa Phu IP with an additional area of 85ha in Mai Dinh and Huong Lam communes, Hiep Hoa district; and the Vietnam-Korea IP with an additional area of 148ha in Hong Thai and Tang Tien communes and Nenh township, Viet Yen district.
The Prime Minister asked the People's Committee of Bac Giang province to manage the use of land and change land use purposes, and select investors to implement projects in the areas of land pulled out of the industrial park planning in accordance with the law; ensure the conditions, order and procedures for land allocation and land lease, and allow the change of land use purposes according to the legal provisions, not causing loss of State property.
It must ensure the harmony in the interests of related parties when converting the industrial park land with site clearance compensation to other types; make everything public and transparent; and ensure there are no complaints.
Projects can only be implemented after they are approved by competent authorities, ensuring compliance with approved land use plans and the law on bidding, land, housing, investment and other relevant laws.
The Bac Giang provincial People's Committee must direct the provincial Industrial Zones Authority and relevant agencies to inspect and supervise the compliance with regulations and standards for construction of drainage and wastewater treatment systems in line with legal regulations; the observance of the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection, the Law on Irrigation, the Law on Dykes and the Law on Water Resources of industrial zone infrastructure developers.
It is necessary to collect feedback from communities in areas affected by industrial park infrastructure development projects in case the projects show their water exploitation and use, and wastewater discharge into water sources according to regulations...
