Accordingly, the research area is located in Tu Lan and Trung Son communes. It borders national road No.37 to the North, residential area in Son Quang village Trung Son commune to the South, agriculture land in Xuan Tien village Tu Lan commune to the East, agriculture land and residential area in Cau village Tu Lan commune to the West.

The projects cover about 52 ha with estimated population of 4,700 people.
