Particularly, the 1/500 detail plan of Tan Hung industrial park (IP) was approved with over 105 ha for planning research in Tan Hung and Xuong Lam communes. It borders to Tan Hung industrial cluster (under construction) to the North; residential area and agriculture land in Quyet Thang village, Xuong Lam commune and Song Cung village, Tan Hung commune to the South; agriculture land in Tan Hung commune and road in general plan of Lang Giang district to the East; frontage road of Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway to the West.

Yen Son – Bac Lung IP was approved for 1/ 2,000 zoning off plan with total area for planning research of over 309 ha in Yen Son and Bac Lung communes, 300 ha for IP plan and over 9 ha for the road to link the provincial road No.293 to the IP.

The project borders to agriculture land and residential area in Kieu, Hai Long villages and Chan cannel system to the North; residential area in Quynh Do village and agriculture land to the South; agriculture land and railway to the East; agriculture land and current village to the West.

It is defined as a general IP with several sectors, mostly production industry, electronic manufacturing, mechanical, high technology equipment and machine, production of consumer products which are friendly to environment...

Yen Lu IP was approved for 1/ 2,000 zoning off plan in 377 ha in Yen Lu commune, Yen Dung district. It borders to agriculture canal and residential areas in An Thai, Yen Tap and Yen Hong villages to the North; agriculture canal and residential areas in Thach Xa, Long Xa, Thinh Long, Yen Tap Cao and Yen Tap Bac to the South; Nham Son – Yen Lu industrial cluster to the East; agriculture land to the West.

The project features various sectors, mostly processing industry, hi-tech manufacturing that are friendly to environment.

At the same time, PPC Chairman approved for the zoning off plan to construct and expand Quang Chau IP in Viet Yen district with 1/2,000 ratio. The adjusted place is located at Quang Chau village, Van Trung commune and Nenh town, Viet Yen district, covering about 516 ha, in which 426 ha is under executed and 90 ha is expanded.

Besides, the provincial leader also approved for expansion the zoning off plan for Hoa Phu IP in Hiep Hoa district with 1/2,000 ratio, covering about 302.99 ha, in which 207.45 ha of current Hoa Phu IP were approved for the plan (research to adjust a part and connect technical infrastructure) and 95.54 ha were zoned off (85 ha to expand Hoa Phu IP and 10.54 ha for the area outside the IP).

Vietnam’s industrial production index up 9.3% in first half of 2021

The index of industrial production (IIP) in the first six months of 2021 rose by 9.3% compared to the same the period last year, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Nearly 56,000 workers come back to work at industrial park
