Bac Giang continues to pick up citizens from HCMC, Binh Duong and Dong Nai

(BGO) – The Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) in Bac Giang province on September 16 announced about the subjects, time, vehicle and expense to pick up second batch of citizens from Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC), Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces for departments, sectors and localities to cooperate during implementation.

Accordingly, besides the demand to return to homeland due to impact of Covid-19 pandemic, the citizens must have negative test result within 72 hours prior to the boarding time.

Bac Giang citizens are taken to hometown from HCMC, Binh Duong and Dong Nai province in the first batch on September 5.

The prioritised cases are the same as the first batch, including critically ill persons, pregnant women or those raising children less than 36 month old, the elderly above 70 year old, people with disabilities, labour with expired contract and special difficulties, citizens under social distancing condition at these localities...who need to go back Bac Giang province.

To ensure the expected schedule on September 22 by airplane, DoLISA urged the districts and city to base on local capability of centralized quarantine and citizens’registration to hometown to review and propose the number of people then make a list of citizens to be picked up this time and send to DoLISA before 10 am on September 17 for summarizing and reporting to the provincial People’s Committee for consideration and decision.

All returners from HCMC and Southern localities must be imposed 14 day centralized quarantine and 7 day home isolation. All arising cost of air ticket, pick-up vehicles and centralized quarantine period must be self paid by the citizens.
