The concentrated zones for industrial development meet conditions of convenient traffic connection and sufficient infrastructure while ensuring effective exploitation and utilization of land. The planned industrial parks are attached to planning of urban and service areas.
Planning of the industrial parks and cluster is a foundation for investment attraction. In coming time, Bac Giang heads to attract giant and prestigious investors worldwide and create favourable conditions for the “eagles” to “nest”.
In addition, the province continues facilitating development of small and medium enterprise and local businesses. Its principle in investment attraction is “2 less (using less land and less labourers, “3 high” (high technology, high capital yield and high contribution to state budget).
The new space for industrial development of Bac Giang province will create close linkage between industrial and urban development with industry and service as the driving force for urban development and urban areas as logistics center for industrial development while surmounting shortcomings of the previous period to make Bac Giang become a new highlight in industrial development in the Northeastern region of Vietnam.
Nguyen Cuong,
Vice Director of the Department of Planning and Investment
