Bac Giang exports batches of commodities worth over 4.1 million USD early this year

(BGO) - From February 1 - 6 (the
first to sixth day on Lunar New Year holiday), the Department of Customs
controlling the Bac Giang provincial industrial parks (DoC) cleared 51 export
customs declaration sheets for Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company
(Hiep Hoa district), Hosiden Vietnam Company Limited (Quang Chau industrial
park), Luxshare – ICT Van Trung Co.,Ltd (Van Trung industrial park) and
Luxshare – ICT Quang Chau Co.,Ltd (Quang Chau industrial park).
Total value hit over 4.1 million USD. Thus, since early this year, the export turnover has hit 1.5 billion USD in the northern province of Bac Giang.

The major products are garment and textile, electronic component, solar panel to export to several markets of China, the US, Japan, Republic of Korea, India and Canada among others.
During 2022 Lunar New Year holiday, DoC arranged staff on duty 24 hours per day to assist businesses to clear the commodities smoothly, helping realize the provincial export target in 2022 of over 19 billion USD, up 22.7 percent year on year.

Trade between Vietnam and Hungary has grown continually over the past years, and it is believed that there remains much room for the Southeast Asian country to fuel exports to this European nation.

Joint Stock Company in Bac Giang city (Vifoco) (Bac Giang province) has inked
contract to export over 4,200 tonnes of processed farm produce of potato,
carrot and pumpkin to the Republic of Korea (RoK) in 2022. So far, 300 tonnes
of products have been processed and exported under the deal.
Despite pandemic-caused difficulties, Vietnam still posted a trade surplus of 4 billion USD, an impressive achievement partly attributed to free trade agreements (FTAs), especially the new-generation ones.

Trading Company Limited in Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province) exported
10,000 garlic vinegar jars to the Czech Republic by sea.
