The industrial production value (current prices) in December is estimated at more than 63.2 trillion VND (over 2.7 billion USD); increased 0.9 percent over the previous month and 30.6 percent over the same period.

PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong said that amid the country's general difficulties, Bac Giang is still a bright spot in socio-economic development. Many national indicators decreased but Bac Giang increased, such as: budget revenue, investment attraction... This is extremely exciting.

At the conference, the provincial leader also analyzed and clarified difficulties and limitations.

He requested departments to propose specific solutions so as to complete the 2023 target, such as deploying 2 peak months to focus on promoting compensation and site clearance for key public investment projects, especially in the field of transportation and industrial park infrastructure.

The provincial leader directed to evaluate and rank heads of departments, branches and People's Committees of districts and cities in 2023 and assigned key tasks in 2024.

The PPC Chairman urged relevant units to resolve backlogs during the year and help save waiting time for people and businesses; strengthen public service inspection, check the time and work efficiency of officials, civil servants and staff of state administrative agencies.

Relevant agencies were ordered to remove difficulties for businesses, promote production and business development right from the beginning of the year so as to accelerate the economic growth while ensuring stable supply and demand and prices of essential goods for production and life, especially during holidays, Tet and early 2024.

All were asked to prepare sufficient conditions serving local people to celebrate the new year 2024 healthy, safely, economically, creating a new spirit and new determination to complete tasks right from the beginning of the year.
