The project was granted the investment registration certificate to Quang Chau Industrial Park (Viet Yen district, Bac Giang) on October 2016 with the capital sourced from a Chinese enterprise. It is expected to produce more than 80 million products per year.

To date, the investor has promptly built the infrastructure, plant and installed the equipment with a quick schedule and synchronized erection items. In addition to the manufacturing area, there also includes a sports practice space for the labour.

The investor is planning to employ about 1,000 to 1,500 labours to the end of 2017.
