In accumulation, the province has drawn total investment of 14.2 billion USD for the first 8 months of 2025, granted investment certification to 153 DDI projects and 254 FDI projects, given a nod to 134 existing DDI and 175 FDI projects to add more capital.

Also in 8 month period, 4,823 businesses were newly established with total registered capital of 50,958 billion VND (2.2 billion USD). Particularly, the province witnessed new establishment of 749 businesses with registered capital of 4,146 billion VND together with 15 representative offices and 227 trading points.

To enhance investment attraction, in the upcoming time, Bac Ninh will focus measures on reviewing and removing obstacles to business and production activities; accelerating to simplify administrative procedures, improve investment and business environment to draw more investment to the local area.

Additionally, local authority will further consider and propose detail solutions for projects encountering prolong difficulties as well as apply measures to promote industrial production, especially processing, manufacturing, power production and distribution.

Special mechanisms, policies designed for Gia Binh airport investment

The Ministry of Public Security will select the investor for Gia Binh International Airport in Bac Ninh province through a special bidding process prior to National Assembly approval.
