Walking on the streets in the last days of the Year of the Rat, we saw the image of groups of workers repairing and upgrading lighting systems, cleaning streets, collecting garbage or arranging and caring colorful flower pots and ornamental plants.

Whenever there is information about a new infection and cases having close contact with confirmed cases, the forces have quickly organized zoning, tracing and epidemiological investigation, and implemented health care and management measures for them according to the instructions. Nguyen Duc Manh, Director of the Luc Nam district Medical Center, said it seems that the atmosphere these days does not affect the work of health workers, especially when the disease situation is complicated like today. Now, doctors and nurses take care of not only patients at the center, but also others in quarantine sites. Therefore, they can only send the most sincere Tet wishes to their families and relatives through phone calls and text messages.

At the same time, the provincial public security forces are all on duty, standing ready to respond to and resolve any unexpected situations during the Lunar New Year holiday, alongside preventing and fighting the pandemic. Many officers and soldiers shared that they had not returned home for a long time because of successive shifts.

In other quarantine sites in the province, the Party committees and authorities at all levels are also planning to support officers and soldiers on duty and organize ceremonies for the people quarantined here to celebrate the traditional Lunar New Year. The sentiments of the Party committees and authorities at all levels, organizations and individuals have contributed to encouraging officers and soldiers to overcome difficulties and feel secure in their work.

There are only a few days left to the Lunar New Year. In the happy atmosphere to welcome the new spring, a large part of officers and soldiers still quietly leave behind their own joys to perform the noble tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.
