The Centre for Advanced Science and Technology Application (under the Department of Science and Technology) will chair the project with the following tasks: building a model to growing 10 hectares of original rice and 30 hectares of QJ1 and CNC11 varieties per Vietnamese standard; building a model to cultivate 200 hectares of QJ1 and CNC11 varieties of commodity rice in the districts of Luc Nam, Lang Giang, Tan Yen and Viet Yen as well as processing 500 tonnes of rice with export quality.

Besides, the project aims at completing the procedures of production, process and training the cultivation technique to the farmers.

The project will be implemented from November 2017 until April 2020 with a total amount of about 4.5 billion VND (198,000 USD).
