Bac Giang prepares conditions to isolate suspected cases to control nCoV caused epidemic
Among the nCoV complicated situation, the provincial Steering Committee selected the Center of Farmers’ Vocational Training and Support (the provincial Farmers’ Association) to serve this purpose.

The provincial Steering Committee instructed the provincial Military Command to coordinate with the Department of Health to receive and isolate the suspected cases at the Center of Farmers’ Vocational Training and Support from February 10 which can isolate 80 people.
At the Center, the subjects for isolation will be provided with a room and instructed the way to prevent the diseases and infection to others by themselves. The isolated cases have meals, take rest at the room. They are not allowed to leave the area.
Daily, the medical staff will strictly monitor their health condition and take samples to test. If the case is found nCoV infected, he or she will be moved to the medical facilities to be treated and controlled. Meanwhile, the subjects with negative testing result are still isolated within 14 days.
The pick up cars for the isolated cases, the adjacent and isolated areas are sprayed with disinfectant to ensure the hygiene and avoid the infection.

After inspection, the PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong requested to have more thorough preparation. The provincial Military Command was urged to be contact point and control the isolated subjects then provide careful services, sufficient accommodation condition as well as ensure the safety to the isolated cases and those engaging in disease prevention and control at the Center.
All parties should strictly supervise the isolated persons , keep the environment clean, dispose the wastes, control the disease to avoid multi-infection.
The medical sector will continue highlight the profession of the quick response teams and medical staff serving in the isolated area while preparing the backup plan for the case of widespread infection to well practise the professional procedure, safety for patients and medical staff to avoid the wider infection.
