Notably, the online public service index group reached 21 points (6.4 points higher than the national average), in which the rate of online submission reached 76.4 percent (ranked 3rd out of 63 provinces and cities), the rate of online payment documents reached 61.91 percent (ranked 7th out of 63 provinces and cities).

In addition, the province's rate of documents processed on time reached 89.5 percent. The satisfaction rate in receiving and resolving administrative procedures reached 90.45 percent; The record digitization rate reached 84.41 percent, leading the country.
