The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) has issued decision to approve and announce the implementation result of PEPI in 2021 from the central governed cities and provinces.

Accordingly, Bac Giang province totally scored 70.35 and rank nine position in PEPI listing, up 7 paces year on year.

It was the second event launched by the MNRE to assess the implementation of environmental protection target and task; the people’s satisfaction about the quality of the living environment in the central governed cities and provinces as well as the efficiency of state management over environmental protection to enhance the responsibility and awareness.

To gain this result, the province actively reformed the administration procedure in licensing, managing and supervising the environmental protection field; well conducted the task of waste collection and disposal.

PEPI consists of two groups that assess the result of environmental protection target and task and the people’s satisfaction about the quality of the living environment.
