Bac Giang's businesses donate more than 17 billion VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses
BAC GIANG - Implementing the campaign to support the construction and elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and disadvantaged social policy families in Bac Giang province, up to now, member enterprises of the Provincial Business Association, enterpreneur associations of districts, township, city and business clubs in the province have supported the campaign with more than 17 billion VND (over 721,000 USD).
Some units donated large amount suc as Lam Son Construction and Trading Company Limited (3 billion VND); Fuji Bac Giang Joint Stock Company (3.6 billion VND); Tan Thinh Construction Company Limited (2 billion VND); Bac Giang branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (1 billion VND) and Lang Giang District Business Association (3.5 billion VND)...among others.

Currently, all of the above expenses have been transferred to localities to support the construction and removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households.

BAC GIANG - Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan on June 18 inspected the implementation of a number of social housing projects in Yen Dung district and Viet Yen township.
Hanoi has set a target to build social housing areas in 100% of the city’s industrial and processing zones by 2030, according to a municipal People’s Committee’s plan on improving social policy quality in the new period.
Foreign companies held a 75% share of the warehousing market last year, according to market research firm FiinGroup Vietnam.
The Ministry of Construction (MoC) has been demanded to coordinate with other ministries and sectors to minimise processes and procedures for implementing social housing projects.
BAC GIANG- The Department of Construction of Bac Giang province held a meeting on April 3 to review implementation progress of the social housing projects.
