Bac Giang seriously implements preventive measures against Covid-19 pandemic

(BGO) – As of December 1, Bac Giang province had 693 people under medical isolation at 7 sites in the Center of National Defence and Security Education; Regiment No.422, Brigade No. 219, Phu Han dormitory (Viet Yen district) and hotels of Ravatel Inn, Muong Thanh, Huong Sen, including 257 Vietnamese and 436 Chinese who mostly returned from foreign countries and are experts and technicians to work at the province. 

Amid the new infection in Ho Chi Minh city, the provincial Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control (Committee) urged the concentrated isolation sites, especially hotels and accommodation establishment to seriously follow the regulation on disease prevention and control so as to prevent the cross infection inside the quarantine locations.

The infected cases are normally detected at the hospitals, thus to avoid the cross infection here, these facilities must strictly conduct the procedures to screen, classify, route the patients while ensuring the tasks of controlling over the infection, waste management, environmental sanitation.

The Committee calls for all Bac Giang citizens who used to visit these locations at high risks as Key English Center in ward 12, Tan Binh district and ward 12, district 10; room 305, third floor in 50 Bach Dang street, ward 2, Tan Binh district; No.106/21 Binh Tien, ward 3, district 6; Highland Coffee in Van Hanh mall, No.11 Su Van Hanh street; Karaoke ICOOL in 120 Thanh Thai street; concentrated isolation sites in ward 6, Ho Chi Minh city (relating to patient 1347, the English teacher in ward 6, HCMC) from November 16 – 28, 2020 to make medical declaration and call to Department of Health (0967.721.919) or Bac Giang provincial Center of Disease Control (0915.522.215) or Ministry of Health (1900.9095) to get consultation and health monitor.
