Bac Giang strives to complete site work at extended Quang Chau IP before June 30
Total extended area for the IP hits 90 hectares in Dong Tien and Quang Bieu villages of Quang Chau commune. As of April 7, 2023 the district reclaimed and compensated for 57.7 hectares of land.

The PPC issued decision to change the purpose on December 22, 2022 and allowed SBG Company to lease the area and execute Project on 51.9 hectares (first phase, extension). Meanwhile, local authority continues clearing the remaining 5.8 hectares for purpose change as regulation.
The district basically compensated for the land clearance on the remaining 33.8 hectares and proceeded next formalities for reclaiming and handing over the land to the investor.
Concluding the event, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan affirmed early completion of the site work for the Project was very crucial to attract sub-investors. He urged Viet Yen district to further communicate and persuade land owners so as to create high consensus and complete the site work for the whole area before June 30.

Local authority was ordered to hand over available plane as well as the area with completed land clearance on time to the investor. The district must issue announcement of reclamation on tree area and N3 intersection in Quang Chau industrial park soon then complete document and submit to the authority for approval.
SGB must ensure expense for payment and strictly cooperate with Viet Yen district People’s Committee during the land clearance. The company was requested to fulfil document and procedures about construction, fire – fighting to complete approval for the Project Detail Planning with 1/500 ratio before April 30.
The provincial leader directed relevant departments and sectors to base on function and task to actively handle the issues in charge, ensure to accelerate the site work and project execution so as to effectively lure more sub-investor to extended Quang Chau IP.
