Bac Giang strives to gain high PAR Index results in 2023

(BGO)- Gaining high scores of Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index is one of the key targets in the Plan No 100/KH-UBND of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province on maintaining and improving PAR Index, Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) and Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) in 2023.

Particularly, the plan targets to maintain and enhance the sub-indices of PAR Index at which the province gained good results and scores. In 2023, the province will strive to continue getting high scores of PAR Index, SIPAS (reaching over 90 percent) in top 10 leading provinces and centrally-run cities and PAPI in top 15 provinces and cities nationwide.

The province continues researching and simplifying administrative procedure to shorten down the time.

In order to improve and promote the good results and scores and continue to improve service quality , the plan sets out specific targets for each content and sector to maintain and improve PAR Index, SIPAS and PAPI in 2023.

Specifically, the province will strive to be in top 10 leading provinces in administrative reform, top 15 in institutional reform, top 20 in administrative procedure reform, top 5 in administrative apparatus reform, top 15 in civil service reform, top 15 in public financial reform, maintaining the first place in building and developing e-government and digital government, securing top 15 in impacts of administrative reform on people, organizations and socio-economic development of the province. Besides, it is targeted to be in top 10 leading provinces of SIPAS ranking and top 15 of PAPI ranking.

Bac Giang ranks sixth nationwide in handling administrative procedure
(BGO) – By the end of the first quarter in 2023, Bac Giang province ranked 6 out of 63 provinces and cities in the leadership, management and quality assessment index (Index) to serve people and business in handling online administrative procedure and public service. Particularly, the province topped localities nationwide in such index in March.
Over 90,000 administrative procedures handled online
(BGO) – Since early this year, there have been 224,000 turns of visitors and over 90,000 dossiers submitted online to the Bac Giang Provincial Public Service Portal. The province was highly evaluated as one of localities with high online dossier submission in top leading group nationwide.
Bac Giang surpasses digitalization target of valid administrative procedure
(BGO) – Bac Giang province has digitalized 21,327 results of handling valid administrative procedure from the departments and sectors under the provincial People’s Committee, accounting for 100 percent of the plan set by the province and surpassing 50 percent of the central target.
