As the plan, Bac Giang strives to have over 90% of trained labor by 2030 and 40 – 50% of trained labor rate with diplomas and certificates. The province sets target to support vocational training for 102,000 rural labourers by 2030, an average of 17,000 people per year.

To achieve the above goal, the plan sets out 5 main groups of tasks and solutions, which are to strengthen leadership, direction, propaganda, education and raise awareness of vocational training for rural workers.

The province will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and perfect the mechanism and policies on vocational training for rural workers as well as comprehensively innovate, improve the quality and efficiency of vocational training for rural workers.

Also, local authority will promote and effectively utilize the opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in innovating vocational training for rural workers, ensure resources and conditions to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational training for rural workers.
