The provincial Employment Service Center (Center) has organized 10 regular, thematic, mobile and online job transaction sessions as well as directly advised employees coming to the center to register and find out job information.

The provincial Employment Service Center cooperates with Luc Ngan district and businesses to launch employment festival on National Day holiday, attracting many participants.

During the National Day holiday on September 2, the Center coordinated with districts to launch job fairs, helping labour export businesses and on-demand employers to directly interview and introduce jobs to people.

At the same time, the provincial Association of Manpower Supply and Employment was established to strengthen coordination and connection among units to introduce and supply labor to businesses. As the result, since August, the businesses in the province have recruited more than 20,000 workers, helping stabilize the operation.

Previously, the PPC directed the DoLISA to coordinate with localities to have solutions to support the employment. From now until the end of the year, the DoLISA requests the Center to organize more than 40 job transaction sessions; strengthen the application of digital transformation in job communication and consultation.

The competent agencies, the districts and cities were urged to grasp the actual situation, promote propaganda and closely coordinate with businesses to train and improve workers' skills.

The human resource suppliers in the area were encouraged to enhance connection between the employers’ demand and vocational education institutions to introduce and support the recruitment of about 50,000 labours for provincial enterprises.
