Bac Giang timely removes obstacles, accelerates progress of key projects
They included the projects to build Dong Viet bridge and its paths (Yen Dung district); Ha Bac No.2 road and bridge to link two branches of the belt road No.4 with Yen Phong industrial park and national road No.18 (Bac Ninh province); road to connect national road No.37 -17 and Vo Nhai (Thai Nguyen province). The provincial Management Board for Traffic and Agriculture Construction and Investment Projects acted as the investors for all above mentioned projects.

After actual survey and report, Permanent Vice Secretary Le Thi Thu Hong praised the activeness of localities to conduct site work and hand over plane for investor and construction contractors.
She urged contractors to take more effort to recover the difficulties, mobilize sufficient man power and machine to accelerate the project execution progress to ensure the schedule.
The investors of projects must assign leaders and technicians to regularly present at the construction site to timely handle any arising problem, direct, expedite and supervise contractors to speed up the construction and ensure both quality and technical criteria.
The provincial leader ordered investors and Yen Dung district People’s Committee to actively prepare document so that the authority can submit the Prime Minister to approve for changing the purpose of rice growing land in the project to build Dong Viet bridge and its paths.
The district must instruct relevant agencies to promptly clear the land at the six-way intersection in Dong Phuc commune so as to early hand over the plane for construction contractor.

Regarding the project to build Ha Bac No.2 road and bridge to link two branches of the belt road No.4 with Yen Phong industrial park and national road No.18, she ordered the investor to consult the provincial People’s Committee to issue document discussing with Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee to direct Yen Phong district to early complete the land clearance.
Regarding the last project, she requested Tan Yen district to highly focus on compensation for land clearance for the remaining area on the route. The investor should actively cooperate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to discuss solutions toward early completion of legal formalities of the projects then consult authority to submit to Prime Minister to approve for policy of changing the land use purpose among others.
