Bac Ninh accelerates progress of 2 urban projects in Tam Son, Tien Du
BAC NINH- Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee (MPC) Pham Hoang Son on October 7 chaired a meeting to accelerate the progress of 2 projects of new urban, tourism, ecological, culture, resort and recreational complexes in the wards of Tam Son (sub-region 112.3) and Tien Du (sub-region 112.1).
According to a report by Bac Ninh city Civil Construction and Urban Development Project Management Board No 2, both projects have been completed with planning-related procedures, feasibility study report and environmental impact assessment; however, the land clearance is 6 months behind the contracted schedule.

At the meeting, the participants discussed and clarified some contents relating assistance funds for land reclamation and grave relocation as well as communication and mobilization work to gain people’s consensus on the projects.
Concluding the meeting, MPC Chairman stressed the 2 ecological urban complex projects in Tien Du and Tam Son wards plays significant roles, which will help to drive socio-economic development and contribute to forming green, smart and modern urban areas with unique identities.
Thus, he called the localities to define it as a key political task requiring involvement of the entire political system with high concentration to speed up the land clearance.

The Land Fund Development Center and related units should prioritize human resources for these 2 projects, especially for inventory and verification as well as the preparation and finalization of compensation payment plans.
He added people’s legal petitions must be considered and timely resolved.
The Fatherland Front Committee, unions and organizations should continue collaborate with local governments in promoting communication and mobilization as well as supporting localities when necessary.
