The project will be managed by Bac Ninh Transport and Agriculture Project Management Board No.1, with a total investment of nearly 1.8 trillion VND (about 78.3 million USD) funded by the provincial budget.

The Provincial Road 293 passes through Tan An ward.

Of this, more than 608 billion VND will be used for site clearance and resettlement compensation, over 870 billion VND for construction and the remainder for equipment and project management costs.

The project site will span Tan Tien and Tan An wards and Bac Lung commune. The route will be approximately 8.92 km long, with a roadbed width of 58.5 meters and a 21-meter carriageway divided by a central median strip. The design speed is set at 80 km per hour.

The road will start at Km3+380 at the end of Van Son Bridge in Tan Tien ward and end at Km13+300, where it connects to the branch road leading to Vinh Nghiem Pagoda in Bac Lung commune. The segment between Km7+400 and Km8+400 is excluded from the project.

The investment preparation phase is scheduled for 2025, with construction to be implemented between 2025 and 2028.

Under the resettlement and compensation plan, the provincial People’s Committee has assigned the People’s Committees of Tan Tien, Tan An and Bac Lung to organize compensation, support and resettlement activities in accordance with legal regulations.

The Bac Ninh Transport and Agriculture Project Management Board No.1 will closely coordinate with local authorities to ensure the project’s progress and timely implementation.
