Several localities and units surpassed their assigned targets, including Viet Yen, Tan Yen, Kinh Bac, Tu Son, Yen Phong, the provincial Labour Federation, Samsung Electronics Vietnam (Yen Phong Industrial Park) and Fushan Technology Vietnam (VSIP Industrial Park).
To achieve these results, the provincial steering committee strengthened cooperation with relevant agencies, the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Viet Duc University Hospital and the provincial General Hospital.
The province also implemented multiple measures, such as maintaining donation events across communes, wards, agencies and enterprises; diversifying communication activities; ensuring adequate staff and equipment for safe blood collection; and promoting the role of mass organisations in mobilising volunteers.
Thanks to flexible and innovative approaches, along with broad support from the political system, the voluntary blood donation movement in Bac Ninh continues to affirm its humanitarian value and contributes significantly to public healthcare efforts.
