Students received information from employment service specialists and corporate human resources representatives on domestic and overseas labour markets, recruitment demand among businesses in the city, job searches through online employment platforms and job interview skills.

The programme also introduced vocational training courses for high school students and learners at vocational education and continuing education centres.

Business representatives provided direct recruitment advice and information on current vacancies, including working conditions, basic salaries, bonuses and other employee benefits.

Recruitment demand mainly focused on technical staff, automation operations, supply chain management, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

At the job fair, many final-year students from Bac Ninh College of Industry were interviewed directly by businesses and selected for suitable positions after graduation.

The event aims to improve students' job-search skills and help vocational education learners access employment opportunities offering better incomes.
