Updated: 13:16, 15/04/2026

BAC NINH - A provincial delegation led by Tran Thi Hang, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh People’s Council, visited and encouraged trade union members and workers at HI-P High Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. in the Nam Son–Hap Linh Industrial Park on April 14.

Established in May 2021, HI-P High Tech Vietnam is a wholly Singapore-invested enterprise with initial registered capital of 1.185 trillion VND (about 45 million USD).

Standing Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Tran Thi Hang presents a gift to HI-P High Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The company employs nearly 1,300 workers and specialises in manufacturing and processing engineering plastic products for the electronics and consumer goods sectors.

Its key products include components for smart pens, Bluetooth speakers, computer mice, wireless earphones, electric toothbrushes and other household electronic devices.

The company has gradually stabilised production, built a professional working environment and maintained average monthly incomes of 9 million to 13 million VND per worker, alongside various allowances, bonuses and welfare benefits.

Standing Vice Chairwoman Tran Thi Hang and company leaders present gifts from the provincial Labour Federation to workers.

The company’s grassroots trade union, established in September 2022 with full employee participation, has played an important role in safeguarding workers’ rights and improving their welfare.

In recent years, the union has actively engaged in collective bargaining, signing labour agreements with provisions more favourable to employees, while maintaining regular dialogue sessions to address concerns in a timely manner.

It has also organised cultural, sports and team-building activities, helping foster a cohesive and supportive workplace and contributing to the company’s sustainable development.

Speaking at the visit, Standing Vice Chairwoman Tran Thi Hang commended the contributions of the company’s leadership and trade union in both business operations and employee welfare.

She noted that the successful organisation of the 16th National Assembly and People’s Council elections for the 2026–2031 term was supported in part by workers, including those at the company.

Providing a brief update on the election results in Bac Ninh, she said the province had elected the full number of representatives in accordance with regulations, with the process conducted democratically and in compliance with the law.

The provincial leader also praised the company’s efforts in caring for employees through welfare policies, helping strengthen ties between workers and the enterprise. She called on the company to continue improving workers’ living standards and ensuring a balance of interests between employees and the business as a foundation for sustainable growth.

Leaders of the provincial Labour Federation and the Office of the National Assembly and provincial People’s Council delegation present gifts to the company’s workers.

Highlighting the province’s socio-economic development, she said Bac Ninh remains a bright spot for foreign investment, ranking among the country’s leading localities in economic growth and export value. These achievements, she added, have been driven in part by the business community, particularly foreign investors.

The province remains committed to maintaining a favourable investment environment and supporting businesses in line with national growth objectives, she said.

On the occasion, the provincial Labour Federation presented 100 gift packages and cash support to disadvantaged workers at the company.
