Bac Ninh revises Tien Hung industrial cluster project
BAC NINH – Authorities in northern Bac Ninh province have approved revisions to the Tien Hung Industrial Cluster project in Bac Lung Commune, adjusting its location, targeted industries and implementation schedule to accelerate infrastructure development and attract manufacturers.
The changes were approved under Decision No. 868/QD-UBND, signed by Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh People's Committee Pham Van Thinh.

The 31.6-hectare industrial cluster is being developed and operated by Hung Long Co., Ltd.
Under the revised plan, the cluster will prioritize investment in manufacturing and processing industries, including mechanical engineering, electronics, electrical equipment, machinery production, supporting industries, rubber and plastic products, packaging, textiles, footwear, as well as warehouse and factory leasing for industrial production.
The project is scheduled to complete legal procedures, land clearance and compensation, and key infrastructure works, including a centralized wastewater treatment plant, by May 2027.
From May to November 2027, the developer aims to complete the remaining land acquisition and site clearance, finish technical infrastructure and continue attracting manufacturing investors to the industrial cluster.
The provincial government has instructed Hung Long Co., Ltd. to prepare a detailed implementation plan and ensure sufficient financial resources and other necessary conditions to complete the project on schedule and in line with the approved industrial sectors.
The Department of Industry and Trade, the Bac Lung Commune People's Committee and relevant agencies have been tasked with supporting the investor, monitoring project implementation and overseeing the industrial cluster's operations in accordance with regulations.
Local authorities are currently working to resolve outstanding issues to accelerate infrastructure construction at the Tien Hung Industrial Cluster.
