Several companies reported large registered capital, including Kinh Bac Housing Investment and Development JSC in Vo Cuong ward with 450 billion VND, Mao Dien Social Housing JSC in Kinh Bac ward with 480 billion VND and Khuon Than Second Community Co., Ltd. in Bac Giang ward with 1.285 trillion VND.

New business registrations increased in sectors such as construction, building materials trading and services, the authorities said.

Cumulatively, the province is now home to 49,897 businesses with total registered capital exceeding 771 trillion VND.

Officials said the growth reflects a range of provincial mechanisms and policies aimed at attracting investment and encouraging entrepreneurship. Authorities have also improved administrative procedures for businesses through online public services.

Newly established firms that have begun operations have contributed to higher budget revenues, supported socio-economic development and boosted the province’s industrial output value, they added.

Bac Ninh ranks second nationwide in foreign investment attraction in 2025

Last year, Bac Ninh attracted around 20 billion USD in total investment capital, with FDI reaching 5.73 billion USD. The province also saw 7,686 newly established enterprises, bringing the total number of businesses to nearly 50,000.
