That is the motivation for Bac Giang to continue making efforts to successfully fulfill all the goals set in the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 19th provincial Party Congress, towards the comprehensive and firm development of the province.

Going through half of the term full of difficulties with outstanding and comprehensive results

Looking back over the past half of the term, despite facing many difficulties, challenges, and many unprecedented problems, the entire Party Organization, the whole political system, the business community and people of all ethnic groups in the province have been united and determined to achieve three goals at the same time: Quickly controlling and repelling the Covid-19 epidemic; successfully holding the elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; helping local farmers sell lychees favorably and supporting businesses to maintain and restore production and business, avoiding supply chain disruptions.

The building of the Party and a pure and strong political system has achieved many important results. The provincial Party Organization has always been united and showed innovation, determination and aspiration for development. The all-people great unity has been firmly consolidated. The image and position of the province has been increasingly confirmed.

The province obtained such impressive, outstanding results in a very difficult context for many reasons. First of all, we stayed proactive and active, and had many creative ways to soon bring the Resolution of the provincial Party Congress to life, thus spreading a new spirit and a new determination in the entire Party Organization, creating positive changes right from the first month and first year of implementing the Resolution.

United and determined to successfully fulfill the goals for the 2020-2025 term

To successfully realize the set goals and tasks, the entire Party Organization and people of all classes in the province must continue to promote solidarity, high determination, great efforts, synchronous and drastic implementation of measures to speed up the performance of the tasks, focusing on a number of key tasks as follows:

First of all, in order to create its own comparative advantage, the most strategic, fundamental and sustainable solution is to maximize internal resources, especially human resources, to create advantages and attract resources for development.

Secondly, it is necessary to continue to perform well the focal and key task of building the Party and a pure and strong political system; focus on improving the leadership and combat capacity of Party committees and organizations at all levels; strengthen the political system at the grassroots level.

Thirdly, we must continue promoting the implementation of three strategic breakthroughs set in the Resolution of the 19th provincial Party Congress: perfecting mechanisms and policies, developing infrastructure, and improving the quality of human resources.

Fourthly, the province will continue to step up administrative reform and improve the business and investment environment; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to create all favorable conditions for people and enterprises to develop production and business, thus promoting economic growth.

Fifthly, on the basis of the mid-term review, authorities at all levels and sectors need to promote what they have achieved; closely follow the targets and tasks set for the whole term; focus on fixing the existing limitations and problems, and speeding up the implementation of tasks, especially those with low results and slow progress.
