(BGO) – Implementing the Government Prime
Minister’s instruction and Minister of Public Security’s Message, on March 24 –
25, the Public Security force in the northern province of Bac Giang ordered the
public security forces in the communes, wards and towns in the province to
visit the residential groups and villages to review and make the list of
foreigners and Vietnamese citizens who were immigrated to Vietnam and are staying
in these localities from March 7-24.
The review showed that Bac Giang has 1,206 immigrants now staying in the province, 461 of whom are foreigners while the remaining ones are Vietnamese citizens, mostly in the districts of Viet Yen, Yen Dung and Bac Giang city. The majority of foreigners come from China and Republic of Korea.

As soon as the list was made, the provincial Public Security reported to the Minister of Public Security, Head of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and requested the local public security forces, especially at the grass root level to continue grasping the localities and regularly updating new immigrants so as to guide them to make medical declaration and follow isolation as regulation.
Regarding the cases opposing the authority or posting fake news on social network about Covid-19 situation, the public security force will strictly handle in line with Vietnamese law.
During task implementation, each officer and soldier should seriously apply the preventive measures to definitely avoid the cross infection.
A family in Bac Giang donates 500 million VND for Covid-19 fight

March, Nguyen The Cuong’s family, President of Thach Ban Group and his wife Nguyen
Thi Ha Chau donated 500 million VND (21,560 USD) at the Headquarter of the
provincial Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province to support the fight
against Covid-19.

Committee’s calling on all citizens to make donations for Covid-19 prevention
and control, on March 19 the Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) in Bac Giang province
coordinated to receive the donations from the organizations and enterprises.
Bac Giang provides online instruction of Covid-19 diagnosis and treatment
(BGO) –
The Department of Health in Bac Giang province on March 16 organized an online training
course to instruct the Covid-19 diagnosis and treatment to the officers,
doctors and nurses on duty of disease prevention and control at the state and
private medical facilities and centers in the province.
