Lang Giang creates job to more than 3,600 labours

(BGO) – Amid many difficulties caused by Covid-19
pandemic, the competent agencies in Lang Giang district (Bac Giang province) has
created many jobs to local labours for the first nine months of this year.
Particularly, 3,612 labours were employed in the district, making up 75 percent of the yearly target, 230 of whom work abroad under fixed term labour contract.

At the same time, the competent agencies have cooperated with localities to organize eight short term vocational training courses for 240 rural labours.
Most of newly employed labours in the district work at the fields of export garment, electronic component erection, construction and mechanic companies.

About 422,800 labours, business households and enterprises affected by Covid-19 pandemic receive aid
(BGO) – The statistic from the Department
of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) in Bac Giang province showed
that the province decided to support nearly 422,800 labours, business
households and enterprises as of September 13 with total approved amount of
about 506 billion VND (22.2 million USD).
Bac Giang honoured with Labour Order for anti-pandemic achievements
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on August 18 paid a working visit to the northern province of Bac Giang and presented a third-class Labour Order to the provincial Party Organisation, administration and people, making it the first locality in the country to be awarded by the State leader for achievements in Covid-19 prevention and control.
Bac Giang supports over 9,300 labours affected by Covid-19 pandemic
(BGO) – In the fourth Covid-19 outbreak,
590 big businesses in Bac Giang province were severely affected with more than
227,600 labourers losing their jobs, 4,500 of whom were F0 and 25,400 were F1
cases.
Social and unemployment insurances support labour
(BGO) - To remove the difficulties caused by Covid-19
epidemic, the Social Insurance in Bac Giang province has coordinated with
relevant departments and sectors to quickly support to handle the policies of social
insurance and unemployment insurance for business and labour.
Many businesses in Bac Giang province offer attractive policies to call back labourers
(BGO) – According to the Industrial Park Managment Board (IPMB)
in the northern province of Bac Giang, more than 82,000 labourers in and
outside the province have to date come back work at 4 local industrial parks (IPs),
accounting for 50 percent of the total labourers of the firms before suspending
the production for Covid-19 prevention and control.
